Who am I and what is Sub-Marine?
Hi, my name is Callum. I am the owner of Graphic Vibes and content provider for the Sub-Marine Newsletter. Sub-Marine (short for: Subject-Marine) is a newsletter created to keep you in the know about everything Marine. Whether that be the latest design concepts, newbuild production lists, latest disasters, or eco-revolutions. All you need to know in one place!
At Graphic Vibes we offer professional Photography, Videography, Drone Operations and more to the Marine Industry.
Our specialist background in Marine Interiors, along with our passion for Professional Media, is the root to the creation of Graphic Vibes. Having seen newbuild and refit projects through from the design and production of IMO Products, to marketing and selling them, we feel, who would be better fitted to come onboard and capture maritime businesses in action than us? Compared to your day to day media companies, we believe we have an enhanced vision on what you as a company, and your target audience want to see. I have also personally experienced the life as a deckhand onboard multiple SuperYachts around the Mediterranean, giving us that extra inside industry knowledge.
With state of the art equipment and a vast arsenal of experience we believe we can capture superlative content as a powerful marketing tool, specifically aimed at the Marine Industry.
Recent Projects & Lesson’s Learned:
We were playing ‘catch up’ last week. Following a short break to Budapest we found ourselves working overtime to submit a vast range of projects. This saw the completion of Interiors Photoshoots, Drone Videos, Virtual Tours, and Event Videography at a fun ‘OCR’ event called Rough Runner. For this event we created an action packed promotional video, showcasing their most popular obstacles. Watch it here: Rough Runner - Promotional Video
This week’s lesson: “A big business starts small”.
As a new business it’s good to remind yourself that good things take time. We at Graphic Vibes always strive for high-end results and regular projects with clients of all varieties. Although quality is always a priority due to being in our control, regularity of work is not. Referring to this quote allows you to reflect positively and appreciate the growth and journey that brought you to your current position. I’m learning to enjoy the process and live in the moment. Without the low’s, we can’t appreciate the high’s.
